When you're stuck at home over a weekend feeling sick, with rain drumming on the roof... is there a better plan than to watch a comedy movie while you snack on some microwave popcorn?

Well... Let me tell you about one I recently watched on Prime Video...

Ricky Stanicky.

Featuring Zac Efron and John Cena among others, this film is... I don't even know how to describe it.

Well, let me just say, Ricky Stanicky isn't exactly a cinematic masterpiece. But here's the thing: I found myself laughing hysterically during some scenes. There's something undeniably entertaining about a movie that never takes itself seriously, not one bit, not for a second.

And this begs the question... Is this a movie I would recommend you watch?

Well, if you're feeling sick and it's raining outside, yes! I have to say that I don't regret watching it. Like I mentioned, I laughed a lot during some bits. And hey, it's not the kind of bad comedy movie that will make you wonder what happened to the last hour and a half of your life. So, give it a shot.
